Three crispy wafers and two layers of delicious milk cream filling will guarantee light and crispy enjoyment. The milk used for the cream, 100% Alpine and NON GMO, comes mostly from small mountain farms close to us, where the cows live happy lives.

Ingredients

Wafer

Our wafers are the essence of pure goodness and they represent the best of Loacker. Their meticulous preparation was first refined with masterly skill by Alfons Loacker and later by his son Armin, who preserved and enhanced the original recipe.

Alpine milk

We select our NON GMO Alpine milk with the greatest care, for it is what makes Loacker creams and chocolate such masterpieces of naturalness and wholesomeness.

Wheat flour

True to tradition, only top-quality grains are ground in mills that are close to us at Loacker, where the air and water are pure and the entire process is subject to the strictest quality protocols.
