What is an Extra Jam/Conserve?

Extra jam or a Conserve is often referred to as 'posh jam' as it is fruitier than ordinary jam, with a minimum of 45g of fruit per 100g of jam (except in the case of blackcurrant). All Stute Conserves (Extra Jam) have a fruit content of 50g (blackcurrant 40%) which makes it one of the highest fruit contents jams on the market. Stute's 'No Sugar Added' Jams have a fruit content of 45g per 100g jam (blackcurrant 35%).
